Weekly 4 Reflection

This week we have done lots of fun things, my favorite thing we did this week was the workshops we had on Wednesday. We had to run the workshops you could of been in a group or by yourself I had a buddy to do it with. It was about song writing no one ended up coming to it, I was kinda sad about it tho but we got to do different workshops my favorite one was making a bird feeder.
We also played a lot of games at the end of everyday witch I enjoyed a lot, we also started something called Mangahigh witch is a math program that has a lot of different tasks on it. We also made some boats out of ice block sticks for chapter chat. I'm pretty happy of how it turned out.

Who am I?

Someone called Lex came to our school to talk to us about who we are and our choices. He told lots of story's my favorite story was about two twins that both went to jail and one said that they cant change but one ended you changing and they got to leave jail early. We then had morning tea, after we had morning tea we then did activity's my favourite one was the quiz to find out what animal we were and I was an otter witch is friendly, cheerful and that.
     
I learn't that you can change if you did something really bad and you can change by making the right chose's. I also learn't that no one's normal because everyone is different.   

Pit, Peak and interesting/new

Pit, Playing Scattergories because they picked a hard letter to work with.

Peak, Playing games in the afternoon because I love running around.

Interesting, If you make a balloon car it goes faster if the balloon is higher.

First week back at school

On Monday the 1st of February we wen't back to school, on Monday we started something called crew time. Witch is when we get together and say good morning, and sometimes play games. We sometimes tell each other what we did in the weekends. We then started some art witch is any thing you did in the holidays, we also did some swimming. We also played a lot games outside, One was catching a water balloon. The thing I enjoyed the most was that art, I didn't enjoy everything but either  way it was a great week back.

Learning smarts

My highest learning smarts are bodily-kinesthetic and Musical. I think that it might mean that will learn how to play sports and games outside and how to play learn how to play piano better. I think that it would mean a lot to my learning.

If I was a vehicle

If I was a vehicle I would be a blue gt ford mustang so I can drive around town and explore. Because I haven't traveled around the world a lot. I would have a nice white pattern and bright headlights. I would mainly travel around New Zealand because I want to explore more of it. It would also be easier to do, I would also like to be a plane so I could fly around and explore from a new angle. I would pick a plane and a blue gt ford mustang because I like the way they look and I would like to drive around and be a car.

Beach ED

On February the 7th we went to Waihi beach, we started off with a quiz witch the prize was sand I found it funny that they won sand. After the quiz we went on a tour witch they showed us there recuse boat called I.R.B witch stands for inflatable recuse boat.

After the tour we went inside to learn how to spot a rip tide its normally calm water but sometimes it could be white foam, we also learn't how to escape rip tides. Then we had morning tea then we played some games on the beach, the lifeguards showed us a game called beach flags witch you ran to get a flag before the other player did I got out on the first round. Then we played seaweed witch I got out on the second round we played it a couple of times.

Then we had something to eat, we then went swimming I fell over most of the time because the waves were to strong even tho the waves were to strong I still had a lot of fun in the water.  

Three Things that I learn't!

1. How to spot a rip tide and how to escape one

to escape one you need to float on your back and put your hand up.

2. That they have a recuse boat called the I.R.B and they only need two people to operate it. 

3. That that some people use rip tides for surfing.
